Oh...what a wonderful one world it would be if Mr. Morgenthau's plan for the future were to come true. Envision a future where the whole world shares. Those of us who are now Americans, Europeans, Australians and other white nations along with the Japanese will be forced to share our land, our wealth, our technology and our food with the rest of the world until we are landless, bankrupt, and starving. The rest of the world will share with us their plagues, their famine, their un-checked population growth, and their mud-huts with us. I have only been able to find 5 sites with this quote on the web (besides this site). None of them provides any source data (date, location, event, document, etc.) other than the attribution to Morgenthau. Each is in the category of 'conspiracy theories'. Morgenthau may well have said this. It's not an unheard of sentiment or idea. The problem with socialism and forced taxation to provide for "humanity" is that eventually you run out of everyone else's money. Unless individuals are taught that responsibility for one's own actions and well being are a law of nature, we will continue to see the productive and motivated of the world diminish in numbers. Socialism removes those characteristics. Like John Lennon, many, many people, I mean, most common people in the world out there follow the emotions of their hearts instead of using their heads to appease the cries of their hearts.
