"The path we’re embarked upon, in the name of good, is a familiar one. The unspeakable horrors of Nazism, Stalinism, and Maoism did not begin in the ‘30s and ‘40s with the men usually associated with those names. Those horrors were simply the end result of a long evolution of ideas leading to the consolidation of power in central government in the name of “social justice.” It was decent but misguided Germans, who would have cringed at the thought of extermination and genocide, who built the Trojan Horse for Hitler to take over. We Americans promote disrespect for our Constitution, rule of law and private property in our pursuit of “social justice.” But the scum that rises to the top has an agenda of command and control that’s leading toward totalitarianism. And, incidentally, it’s no coincidence that most of those at the top are lawyers -- people with a special, seemingly tutored, contempt for our Constitution and rule of law."

What an unmitigated crock of shit. To rank Hitler and the National Socialists with Stalin and Mao reveals that Williams is either ignorant or fraudulent. As General Patton realized after the fighting had ceased but not the war crimes of Eisenhauer (known to his classmates at West Point as "the terrible Swedish Jew,") Rosenveld (FDR,) Morganthau, Baruch, et al, America had "defeated the wrong enemy." When the truth is revealed as the Apocalypse (revealing) rolls on, Hitler and the German People will be seen rightly as the saviors of Europe - like the Greeks at Thermopylae - they are heroes of civilization.

If Williams had studied True History he would know that the so called "Big 3" - were all Jews. "Uncle Joe" "Stalin" (really Djugashwili) was supposedly our (America's ally,) but he and his fellow Jew (aka Bolshevik) henchmen, particularly Genrikh Yagoda, murdered as many as 66 million Christians. The Jew Churchill (via his mother, Jenny Jerome) and Rosenveld were mass murdering war criminals for Dresden and other fire bombing holocausts (REALLY "wholly burnt,") and Eisenhauer's REAL death camps AFTER Germany had surrendered killed AT LEAST 1.7 million Germans.

Dr. Williams is usually correct and this is no exception. Too bad that he or Thomas Sowell is not president.

Williams is correct. Our laws follow societies ideas and values. In short we enact laws that reflect our values and Courts do the same. Judges make rulings that shift as societal values change. However these are not bad things, so long as the laws and rulings come about through processes created and approved by those who are governed. Such laws and rulings create boundaries and structure that follow our values and are necessary to an orderly society. The problems occur when laws and rulings are put in place outside of the approved process by executive fiat. And all of the dictators referenced by Williams in the quote did just that, so to that extent these men were similar. Further, our current President is using regulations and executive orders to do the same thing. So to some extent Williams is right about that too--it is a form of totalitarianism and things like rent control, wealth redistribution, affirmative action and welfare are takings in the name of social justice. However, I disagree when he implies that lawyers have contempt for the Constitution. Maybe some but not all or even most--I think it's a small minority--people like the current Attorney General. But the US Constitution was written by lawyers, as was the Magna Carta, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitutions of every state and virtually every other document that's come down to us that guarantees human rights.
