I don't know if it is so much reserved as an expression. Freedom also abides justice, as it relates to natural law, 'my freedom ends at your nose'. I like it - A LOT ! ! !

Collingwood was justified, in his ability to truly promote equality, and a life, enhanced by beauty and a love of that, which good is. Very much influenced by Kant. Unity derived by the allowance of all political points of view within the community. Homologoumenos, Free speech based on fact or otherwise. Independence makes for the best of neighbors. Trusting in Natural law to sort out the contrary.

"Perfect Freedom is reserved for the man who lives by his own work." " Then Liberty, like day, Breaks on the soul, and by a flash from Heaven Fires all the faculties with glorious joy."

Freedom entails what you need to do, and the more your wants become associated with your needs the more freedom you will experience.
