Vice and corruption are not only prevailing, they are ruling, thus arbitrary power has become the status quo. Congress' recent action of declaring the USA a 'battlefield' is just another example that fascism is being pursued by both Democrats and Republicans --with full support from Obama, Newt and every other mainstream politician (other than Ron Paul of course).
