If an individual sovereign attempted to utter such concept (even under his breath) in one of the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land's courts today, he would be at least found in contempt and either end up in the funny farm or a crowbar hotel for a lengthy stay. Try and argue natural law or inalienable rights (by any fashion - that wich is contrary to compelled compliance, government licenses, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity {2nd plank of the communist manifesto, Social Security, police state confiscations, etc.}, alienation of nature's endowed rights, Keynesian economics, borg assimilation / socialism, etc., etc., etc.) in any of the government of men's (as is averse to a government of law) court(s) today.
