"Now all acts of legislature apparently contrary to natural right and justice, are, in our laws, and must be in the nature of things, considered as void. The laws of nature are the laws of God: A legislature must not obstruct our obedience to him from whose punishments they cannot protect us. All human constitutions which contradict His laws, we are in conscience bound to disobey. Such have been the adjudications of our courts of justice."

WOW ! ! ! YES ! ! ! ABSOLUTELY ! ! ! If an individual sovereign attempted to utter such concept (even under his breath) in one of the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land's courts today, he would be at least found in contempt and either end up in the funny farm or a crowbar hotel for a lengthy stay. Try and argue natural law or inalienable rights (by any fashion - that wich is contrary to compelled compliance, government licenses, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity {2nd plank of the communist manifesto, Social Security, police state confiscations, etc.}, alienation of nature's endowed rights, Keynesian economics, borg assimilation / socialism, etc., etc., etc.) in any of the government of men's (as is averse to a government of law) court(s) today. Now there is a mystical concept of a land far, far, FAR away; in a time long forgotten.

Paramount observation. Phusis, nature, to bring forth, produce,
" the nature ". The natural powers or Constitution ( of a person or thing.) Used in context to the power of God. " the regular law or order of nature." 12 being the number of God's government, 12 times the word is used in conveying state and standing of the individual relationship with God. " Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil. But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good. For there is no respect of persons with God. For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another." Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God. According as his " divine power " hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the " divine nature ), having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." taken from the 6th bk,nt, ch 2, verses 9,10,11,13,14,15. 22nd bk,nt ch 1, verses 2,3,4. Our Declaration and Constitution, we Stand Fast upon these facts.
