That pretty much sums up the current government's need to pass laws (rules) by the millions.

If we lived in some utopia where everyone minded their own business and didn't manage others behavior to their own liking, didn't covet their neighbors property, and didn't lie, cheat, steal, and murder, there would be no need for laws. Unfortunately, we live in a world with liberals.

The day we clenched a stick, integrity was on a downward spiral..... To have integrity you MUST have compassion and kindness, they are its foundation....

Integrity is a matter of honor rather than compassion. Let Compassion be compassion and Integrity be integrity. Both are integral.

Truth is best tempered with Love, because Truth can cut like a sword. Love is best tempered with Truth, because Love without Truth leads to delusion.

He that loveth a little, is forgiven a little, he that loveth a lot, is forgiven a lot. Mercy rejoiceth against judgment. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of Liberty, and continue therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. Who is a wise man endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a Good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. This wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Tamam, innocence, perfection in simplicity, moral and ethical soundness. tome signifies completeness in integrity.

Archer, extremely well said. Within ancient Hebrew understanding(s) there was/were interacted with categories of the "be" and the "do". The categorical titles reflecting such understanding(s) was/were "equity" (NOT! the Greek, Roman or later U.K. understandings) and "law". Your explanation was spot on equitable.

Human integrity could emerge so effective for sustainment of human endowment that mental health would be quite efficient leading to no need for artificial constructive rules and regulations. Becoming more purely human leads to less necessity of formal rules, because of the natural goodness of the quintessential human being.
