"Cowardice asks the question, is it safe?
Expediency asks the question, is it politic?
Vanity asks the question, is it popular?
But conscience asks the question, is it right?
And there comes a time when one must take a position
that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular,
but one must take it because it is right."

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
(1929-1968) US civil rights leader

Is it right ? — would here fall into a lawful category of — the law of nature and of nature's God (not emotion, a dogma related to the statist theocracy now infesting this land, with its many minions or the Woke's newest version of socialism). Right would be in harmony with eternal truth. Right would be in harmony with actual love (not emotion, a social sensorial or intimacy with immorality.

Looking at this quote at first glance it's just not coordinated. As you continue to examine it the impression remains. This sort of uncoordinated thought processing is why I believe we lost Dr. King. Finally I would like to leave with this: safety is imperative and doing the correct action will insure this.

Doing the right thing invariably is NOT safe when it is neither politic nor popular.  But it is right.  That's why COURAGE is integral to doing what is right.

Mr Archer: It is safe, however, when it is in conjunction with the laws of nature, which only a damn fool would not follow.
