Wow! Where to begin...With one morally bankrupt and unenlightened leader after another abandoning the Constitution we find that our so called justice system is so convoluted that the Judges don't even understand it anymore. The people certainly don't understand it and we are sliding very quickly into chaos. As our values are demeaned and "diversified" we can no longer be sure if American law is actually American, UN Doctrine or possibly Sharia. I'm reminded of Frank Zappa's statement that "America is a nation of laws...badly written and randomly enforced", and he was right about that.
