"There is an irreducible thing. It's called freedom. It is native to every individual. Sometimes it rears its head in the middle of the night, and the dreamer awakes. And he asks himself: what is my freedom for? And then he begins a voyage that no device can record, measure, or analyze. If he pursues it long enough, it takes him out of the labyrinth."

"the labyrinth"  I like it a lot. The journey or pursuit of liberty / freedom, inalienable rights, knowledge (vs. mere information), faith (vs. mere belief), truth (vs. mere perspective comfort), the spirit (vs. mere corporeal measure) along with a realized substance and action thereof raises the noble being out of enslaving entrapments.

" That no device can record, measure,or analyze" would be a false statement. Jacob's ladder can be well understood, recorded, measured and analyzed. it is part of the makeup of the "New Creature" mindset. When applied to the "line of judgement" in the proper place, well measured, reveals the lift needed to understand the "hope" reached for. As also Amos, and the plumb, to align that which is square and just. It is not we who climb the ladder, but rather eternal spirits who go up and down the ladder. With an open vision there is prosperity for the nation, when spiritual and political align themselves together.
