    Anarchy is Chaos and Violence, sometimes subtle such as NSA wire and brain taps like R.A.T.S. and Echelon; you see Statist Anarchy (collective anarchy) and individual anarchy are horrors, unitalitarians and totalitarians.     I like it! Those who attach our Declaration and Constitution and even talk of sometime of paradigm shift in our language and logic (those who hate our cops, firefighters, military officers etc) and talk even if only poetically about taking over governmetn by some minority effort are the greatest affront to our founding ideals. Call Obama anything you care to but he is the Costitutionally elected preserver of our constitution. Taught constitutional law for a decade. Any of you guys ever take an oath to uphold the Constitution.

    Waffler, even though the elected officials and soldiers take an oath to uphold the Constitution it is the one thing they specifically do NOT do. The idea has become laughable. Since you lack clarity of vision and choose to obfuscate every issue with garage labeled as patriotism, you just keep trumpeting your communism wrapped in the flag propoganda...its what you do.     Waffler, a question for you. If a representative republic and, a government of law (vs a government of men), limited by the original Constitution were still in effect, why do you suppose the court case against Obamunist (he being a foreign born unconstitutionally acceptable president) won't be allowed to proceed with the diligence that it requires? The voting fraud and voting machine tampering would suggest an election result of anyone other than someone who would preserve our Constitution. Talking about preservation, I can't find in the Constitution anywhere that the government is authorized to be in the transportation business, be in the business of making student loans,be in the day to day business of banking,, be in the day to day business of securities, or telling the military what they can believe. I could go on and on and on but, needless to say, the executive fascist, promoting his Nazi style socialistic theocracy is boldly, in your face, doing everything he can to destroy the Constitution. U.S of EH!'s reference to Bakunin's collective anarchy (as is somewhat averse to Comte's science / law approach) gives a great understanding to the Obamunist's theocratic overview of destroying the Constitution. The Constitution's founders were very aware of the popular socialism dogmas of Europe and rejected them whole heartedly along with democracy and a monarchy. By Webster's day, all forms of anarchy were being bantered around and it was well understood that the Constitution was also contrary to those concepts.

    Waffler, Obama is a disgrace to the office. The systematic destruction of everything that the constitution stood for is under way and all you can do is cheer. The hostile take over of the banking industry and then starting on industry, then the medical and finally oil. Did you ever hear of Juan Peron? Obama is doing the same thing here. Following every step. Everyone is afraid to speak out. The few that do are immediately attacked by the press, not debated, but attacked. The left does not debate because it loses when it tries. It wins the battle by false innuendo and lies. Propaganda is the only thing you know or understand. If Obama succeeds in all he wants, you will not be able to recognize this country in a few years. Obama needs to fail and fail miserably or we are lost.

We have had a Supreme Court to interpret the thing since the beginning. That court was established by the Constitution. If you attack the Court and the Courts history you are attacking and defiling the Constitution. The US Government built and layed roads way back in the late 1700 and early 1800's. Do you purport to say that those roads were unconstitutional and that the Court let it slip by as far way back then. You are a sick man Mike, get some help!

It is a grand stretch to call those who insist that the Congress, President, and Courts obey the Constitution hate the cops and military. You always defend the authorities yet never require that THEY obey the rules set for them. When the rules are ignored, and paramilitary force is used to enforce edicts the government is not authorized issue, it is not only our right to resist but our DUTY -- AND, mind you, not only has the government run amuck with power, they are indebting the nation even further thus enslaving us all and the generations to come with this debt. This is not only unconscionable but UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Apparently Waffler has no honor and requires no integrity from our government. No one has to follow unconstitutional laws. The current administration and Congress seem absolutely hell bent on making themselves rich, securing more power to their ranks, and crushing America completely -- the real haters of America are in power now, and the 'change' they seek is total servitude to the government.     Obama is to blame you dope. He is the one doing it. The fact that so many people do not pay attention does not justify the destruction of the Constitution. He swore to uphold the constitution when taking office but turns around and says that the constitution is insufficient because it does not require the government to guarantee "redistributive rights". No sane intelligent person could both pay attention to what is happening and still think Obama is any thing but a fascist thug. We have never had to deal with any thing like this before and people are likely to not believe it till it smacks them in the face. The opportunity that the few have to warn others will quickly come to an end. Then it will be too late. Unfortunately Waffler you will not be the only one to suffer the consequences.

    I find it indeed, simplicity, is the greatest key to understanding Liberty. I grew up with Webster's dictionary. The 19th and 20th Secretary of State, Webster. One of the sharpest razors in the box. Mastering of understanding comes from an education honed through experience. This is applicable for ALL skill sets, and those with the most inherit artistic expressional skill rise to the top. Cream rises to the top ! Liberty is jeopardized through the use of association with auxiliaries whose objects differ from their own. This relationship is always dangerous. Make the people intelligent and they will be vigilant to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. then election of Good servants rises. Liberties exist in proportion to ( Wholesome ) restraint. Many things can be explored, with the depth of understanding these types of reasoning minds display. I am not given to theory, but only relative fact of matter. Oil and water do not mix, vinegar and water does. When a person turns their back against Liberty and Freedom they become Oil, as the Old world and Water as the New world. Nail down Webster's mention of 6000 years and you will find a gap, it is there just like gravity, not theory which stands in doubt. That is what makes these types of minds, people, so dogged.
