Reader comments about this quote:
In many quarters in this our country there is always opposition to law enforcement. I was told this weekend that a Customs Officer in South Texas was told that his children were not welcomed in a local school because of his government job. Go figure.

In retrospect of this blog I have to smile a bit, Waffler's, 'if you're not with the police state, you're a wanna-be-dictator ', goes right along with this quote ;-) Waffler loves the police state's victimless crimes - it keeps the theocracy omnipotent and the minority in check. The statist theocracy that infests this land's malignant power and control, realized through commandment and canon enforcement, is in direct opposition to and, an enemy of law and order. I believe many 'We The People' sovereigns are waking up and beginning to recognize the police state as the criminals that they are with degrees of tyranny being exposed

Mike, There is a VERY good reason that Americans are arming themselves to the teeth in the last two years. (I'm seeing the same thing here in Canada. Lots of soccer mom's at the gun club.) Why? everyone feels the growing police state. Yes it's being exposed.

Buy all the guns you want but there will not be enough bullets to ward them off. Bullets are being controlled and marked. The new police weapon: http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn16339-us-police-could-get-pain-beam-weapons.html will be available to all police and law enforcement, including the military who will be pointing those guns at Americans. Get aluminum underwear. Doubt it would ever be possible to vote a third party in as everything is lashed up tight folks so change does not appear feasible. Oklahoma just declared itself a sovereign state, joining a few others. Five stars because it unfortunately true.

Mike why are you not in Copenhagen. I understand that is where all of the We The People are trying to establish a "people's assembly". You are alwasys mouthing off about we the people why are you not over there with them.

Waffler, LOL, if you care to read the UN Charter, it states that it will be the giver of all rights (as is consistent with democracy), which in and of its self, disqualifies it as 'We The People'. So your whole premise is completely wrong once again. We The People in Constitutional context is a statement of individual sovereignty (each and every person is a king and priest / queen and priestess) I avoid, when ever possible, such malignancies as are in great attendance in Copenhagen. The time is such, I'm having to selectively pick my battles. Governments currently are viciously hostile to truth, freedom and liberty. And yes Waffler, you have made it abundantly clear since posting here; you would rather side with the slave masters, despots, criminals, power / hate mongers, and all the rest of the immoral malefactors that prefer tyranny to those that espouse personal responsibility, inalienable rights, freedom, liberty, law, justice, and standing to illuminate the ensign of land of the free and home of the brave. You, with the statist theocracy that infests this land, would sell your birthright for the ability to stand with the world despots caste.

It's the only way they can keep their power once America wakes up. 4 stars for the truth revealed.

Waffler is truly nuts. We are living in a police state right now. Our jails are full of people who have done nothing wrong except to be caught with the wrong vegetable matter in their pocket. And they have had their property stolen by "law enforcement". We have drones watching Americans and the government is now buying up millions of dollars of bullets for some reason ?? This all sounds a little ominus to me but not to the Wafflers and Restons.

I will here again state a little history. Up until a decade or so before the Northern war of aggression, local police departments were considered a standing army to enforce a foreign dictator's edicts. NYC, Philadelphia, and Boston were the first 3 cities to implement police departments. After the here stated war, the Northern aggressors implemented a system of local police departments to enforce their new anti-law edicts. With the move west, the new occupying despots in D.C. made sure their police state was made known where ever the once sovereigns settled. Now, the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land is a police state that enforces anti-law / unconstitutional canons such as; compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity (funny money, the noble laborer's fruit, arms, etc.) and denies all inalienable rights (the only rights recognized are those given by the police state).

'Security' in a police state is security for the monopoly of power claimed by the police and the politicians. Well said, Mike,

Waffler, this is the only land that I know of that is to be based on "the law of nature and of nature's God". Here, you take any of my mentioning "We The People" WAY out of context. We The People are not to be the body politic or persons to be represented but rather, the individual sovereigns that hire persons to represent our united / equal inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law.

Correct expression, the police state regards all opposition as a crime. Incomplete analysis, however, for unfortunately law abiding behavior is the opposition. Socialism is the challenge of social abilities to create the laws of humanity.
