The quote has little substance, however I believe our Mr Koch, in reading the accompanying description, doesn't really realize he's the collectivist fellow, whatever the hell that means, and you really can't restore anything that really hasn't existed in the first place, and finally your expression of fighting says you are the one opposed to a friendly debate.
