This aphorism is a classic example of a philosophical tautology. Who is going object to the claim that "it is not the critic who counts."
This essay is typical of a bullshit politician who claims in words ever so strongly that being bad is bad.

    I'm not quite sure how to rate this. In context and intent of observation and practice  maybe a 4 or 5 star. Good and evil may be brought about with the same zealousness expressed and without constructive criticism to adjust focus  maybe a one star or thumb's down.
