Ralph Nader is perhaps my least favorite person. He has done much more damage than good for our country. Yet, in the tradition of capitalism, he has created a role for himself that pays his expenses and provides employment for others. Much like his book he remains "Unsafe At Any Speed!"

Nader might be the biggest socialist out there, but in this instance he is right. How about some True Capitalism for a change instead of corporatism?!

If only we had "free enterprise". Instead we have government interference in and control of commerce through tariffs, subsidies, licensing, etc. It will get worse under the Obama, Pelosi, Biden, and Reed gang.

I agree with Tony and Jim. Recently I was told to "basically" quit complaining and do something, because it's not over yet. I intend to do just that and maybe you would also be interested, if so, go to the following website. We have more rights than the"government" allows. If I want to sit naked on my couch all day smoking cigarettes and eating BigMacs, I have that right. I have a right to become a slob or a successful entrepreneur. Not a monopolistic capitalist! But a red blooded American who owns their own small business and works hard to take care of my family. One step at a time. Help us spread the word, and please feel free to invite others! Corporate socialism is not capitalism. While I agree with little of what Nader has said or done as of late, he is right on this one.

    M. Brown, I admire your courage to DO something but I have misgivings that raises many questions in my mind. When I have misgivings that raise questions I answer those questions prior to action. The very first connection I made that made me stop and question was Fox news and it's mass media corporate connections to the system that enslaves. My belief is that Fox, Rush Limbaugh and any mass media tool (including the internet) that allows present government criticism air time is there specifically to guage the nations growing hostility to (what they are fully anticipating) their growing power over nations and men. To be frank, my first suspicion about your site was it is an easy way to collect names and, pictures no less, of dissenters who are potential enemies of the coming world State just in case people don't willingly accept it when it is entirely forced on us. Whatever your decision to DO something, keep in mind they have no intention, NONE WHATSOEVER, of giving up what they have created. There will never be a "compromise" with these people. They are psychopaths with an agenda and if the evidence of the wars they create to apply their agenda with NO REGARD to human life isn't enough to prove their psychopathic nature I don't know what other evidence, and there is more, that will convince people any better.

Not shooting the messenger here, YES - exactly - right on!!! There are many faces of the theocracy known as socialism. One being corporate socialism and monopolistic capitalism (capitalism here being improperly substituted for a form of materialism). That was the form chosen by the Nazis (National Socialist German's Worker's Party) and the foreign despots that have infested this land in most recent history. I think it is an Obamanation that is trying to blend the Nazi form of Socialism with that of Lenin's Utopia. Anon, I believe you're right about why the Limbaughs, Becks, etc. are allowed a voice. I believe there is as much need for public, as non-public activity to bring back freedom, liberty, rights, prosperity, competition, free enterprise, and an open market.

I am glad he never became President but I do believe he may have been on the right track towards that ephermal quality that is truly sacred.
     -- Waffler, Smith

Waffler, what did you mean by ephermal?
     -- Mike, Norwalk
  •
the dictionary definition my dear Mike.

I guess I meant elusive, Mike. The economic system is a tool to serve mankind not the other way around.

Mr. Nadar has a confusion in terminology, don't we all, for cooperations are an all exclusive like your juvenile gangster type. Socialism is an all inclusive mentality continually striving to accumulate all for the participation of responsible activities and actions in regard to human behavior.

Correction: Mr. Nadar has a confusion in terminology, don't we all, for corporations are all exclusive "organization" like your juvenile gangster type. Socialism is an all inclusive mentality continually striving to accumulate all for the participation of responsible activities and actions in regard to human behavior.
