Not exactly sure how to rate this or comment with stars. 5 stars for accuracy, thumbs down for what the statist theocracy infesting this land has done / is doing to the once sovereign. Real simple and straight forward math - there is no amount of taxing that will fix the problem, it is a matter of eliminating unconstitutional government, funny money, practices antithetical to fiscal law, and spending into bankruptcy policy and activities.  -- Mike, Norwalk      3
Once government claimed to be the(e) sovereign (starting with eminent domain and ending with the declaration it had inherent rights as an organic hegemony - no longer getting its rights from, or representing We The People), all debts ceased accruing to the individual. Only through lies, deception, and subterfuge has the foreign despot continued to enslave the once home of the brave and land of the free. The statist theocracy infesting this land is a de facto tyrant, not a constitutionally limited and de jure representative republic of We The People. Amen, Mike; it's pretty straightforward fraud by most legal definitions...and you don't see any Constitutional lawyers on the case do you ? All scared, unconcerned, as they are "allowed" a goodly income and could care less, being totally "selfish-ists" themselves, or scared to death by the Fed & co. if they try to do something for "we the little people". I wish I could talk to Judy Preska, Manhatten Fed district (cv09595), or Brooksley Born on derivatives, but they have long since "left the building" for parts unknown, or just been somehow "silenced". The "legal", but immoral, unconstitutional, totally usurious to ruination Fed act of 1913 must be repealed and it's entire proceeds confiscated with international subpoenas, grand juries, convictions, jail sentences, forfiture and declarations of world-wide negation aimed at making sure no body of men ever again can declare debt to be money, having been counterfeited into existance as Wilson "noted" in his deathbed confession, that he had "ruined" the country due to his "ignorance" in signing it, after being rewarded for the effort by having his picture adorn the $100k bill...none of which are in circulation today, having been "recalled" for some reason...a little too obvious perhaps? Logic and reason belongs to no party - as is morality and ethics. It's the money system (or the myth of money) that is the problem. Take back the money system from wall street, Fed, and the world bankers, and perhaps we have a chance to regain life again. We MUST get back to local economies, local banking, local industry, local living. The capitalists biggest nightmare are people like the Amish. The Amish represent true capitalism, as also does a local food co-operative -- they are not socialist at all. The Amish need only good land and the ability to provide for themselves WITHOUT socialist intervention and management -- they are also highly religious, RBE. Food cooperatives are VOLUNTARY associations between INDIVIDUAL farmers who create a MARKET for themselves to trade and barter avoiding government intrusion and taxation. If RBE really understood individualism and voluntary association via a republican form of government, he might be able to make the distinction between socialism and capitalism.
