The reporting maybe is misrepresented, Mr Putin?  Once they're saying you're rejecting the use of nuclear weapons and then they report you're testing them. Nuclear weapons need to be eliminated, no other option. One thing is for sure I hope that photo of you grabbing President Obama's tie was some photo trick, because that's our elected problem, not yours.
