"Let us be frank: provoking military-political instability and other regional conflicts is also a convenient way of deflecting people’s attention from mounting social and economic problems. Regrettably, further attempts of this kind cannot be ruled out."

I don't understand this quote. Is he referring to his provocation or someone else's provocation? Mr Putin, sorry but observing your persona resume, and at the risk of being accused of projecting, I would say you are one mixed up fellow.

The reporting maybe is misrepresented, Mr Putin?  Once they're saying you're rejecting the use of nuclear weapons and then they report you're testing them. Nuclear weapons need to be eliminated, no other option. One thing is for sure I hope that photo of you grabbing President Obama's tie was some photo trick, because that's our elected problem, not yours. Keep your grubby hands off our elected officials.

It's true for whoever is provoking war, whether Russia, NATO, Ukraine, Israel, Hamas, US, etc..  Biden's scandals and domestic policy failures aren't even on page 2 of the news... how convenient.
