    Legislation creates many evils. It doesn't erase them.It is most definetly a delusion to believe that legislation will cure the sickness of evil. Did you notice that the only difference between the words Devil and Evil is is a D?

    Wake up! Czar Reed also had a deep sense of wry humor needed then as it is needed now. Come on now , he was pals with Mark Twain ! Wisdom for the ages and Reeds Rules so that proper behaviour governs. That's the legacy we inherited from Reed.

    Funny that even when abundant rules work to make things square in a country, they end up not constituting the best alternative. I recently met someone at an airport who was saying that in his country everything was so organized! I asked why he didn't live there, and he answered: it's boring.
