The de jure States united were/was based on natural law. The individual sovereign was to discover the existing fiscal law through logic, observation, reason, etc and in conjunction with other individual sovereigns establish codes, customs, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc that most accurately describe that law. Man can not make or establish law, Man can only establish tyranny in his attempts to create law (no right is associated to committing tyranny). When a man (or in concert - men) acts at the expense of other men, the subject matter falls under an umbrella of justice - a criminal act(s).

Zero stars, though not because obvious error is found in Foster's laudable opinion. Zero because modern bankster reality seems to be the exact opposite of Foster's published decision, a decision that was legally binding in 1746. Modern life driven by vast public and private indebtedness to banksters is a nightmare we allowed to transpire. Today's bankster is far, far beyond exacting a fair profit. He's risen (like a vampire) to being the administrator-controller of all things POWER. D.C. speechifying and legislating, reported exhaustively as "news", is actually high theater for the consumption of suckers. Congress and the White House merely manage things for the owners. Real Power emanates from the central bankster. "LET ME ISSUE AND CONTROL A NATION'S MONEY AND I CARE NOT WHO MAKES ITS LAWS." Truer words ...

Mann, if the left and the right could get on board with what you are saying, this corruption would be over. It is unfortunate that the Occupy Movement never figured out it is not Wall Street that is the problem, but the banksters and the system that has legalized their counterfeiting monopoly. More and more people are learning how this scam works, and eventually this will be an issue both sides of the political spectrum can stand behind. Please note that the promises of progressive socialism absolutely require the banksters' printing presses -- it is a fundamental 'plank.'
