The kind of freedom Mr. Weaver speaks of is the freedom to take advantage, to use any means fair or foul, to resist any and all laws that offer protection and attempt to insure justice for the underprivileged or less skilled in self advancement. In short, his kind of freedom leads to oligarchy or autocracy.

the kind of freedom weaver speaks of is the inescapable truth that all men have the power to choose, anything they want! he is NOT promoting unfair play or anarchy, his kind of freedom actually leads to progress and happiness for ALL men, as well as peace and harmony among ALL men !!! that is, all who choose to acknowledge that no other has control over them. Control is very different from Justice!!!!!

Examples of Weaver's here statement would be. Hitler, Mao, Lenin and most any patron (politician, employee, devotee = executive, legislative, judicial, government seminary propagator, MSM, etc.) of the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land.

The "fanatical zeal to improve the lot of mankind" historically results in war, individually and collectively.  The Democrats are not democratic and the  Republicans are not republican.  The classic liberal has been replaced with the progressive authoritarian.  The same corruptions of the old Catholic Church have occurred in the secular state governments, leaving the founding principles of Liberty behind.  American 'liberals' are among the most intolerant of all.
