"[W]henever the Legislators endeavor to take away, and destroy the Property of the People, or to reduce them to Slavery under Arbitrary Power, they put themselves into a state of War with the People, who are thereupon absolved from any farther Obedience, and are left to the common Refuge, which God hath provided for all Men, against Force and Violence. Whensoever therefore the Legislative shall transgress this fundamental Rule of Society; and either by Ambition, Fear, Folly or Corruption, endeavor to grasp themselves, or put into the hands of any other an Absolute Power over the Lives, Liberties, and Estates of the People; By this breach of Trust they forfeit the Power, the People had put into their hands, for quite contrary ends, and it devolves to the people, who have a Right to resume their original Liberty."

John Locke

That I could rate this a multitudinous of times with innumerable stars. ABSOLUTELY ! ! ! The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land has usurped unto itself the organic hegemony state of absolute power over the Lives, Liberties, and Estates of the People. Compelled compliance, victimless crimes, license, larceny with impunity, no allodial ownership, no inalienable sovereign rights, no nobility of life - only an alter ego fraction of the whole, etc., etc., etc., for quite contrary ends, have embolden a HUGE breach of Trust, Authority, and de jure abilities against We The People. Lawfully, legitimately, and in all ways, said statist theocracy has forfeited its place with We The People; AND, by declaring war on We The People (openly by statute) enables each individual sovereign, united in We The People to alter or to abolish such destructive malady, and to institute new Government to resume their original Liberty.

13 states, have expressed thier independence, from tyranny, and overcontrol, and breach of the constitution. A fact today. One that says, liberty is not dead, the people, are the ones really in control, from LEO, to the working man, all one in this. warms my heart. Awareness of the real problem is within the ranks of law enforcement. Who, as we, see a problem. The numbers are overwelming, the demand to follow the constitution outright. men, such as some that post here, keep the flame alive. educating all to the true law. Somehow, the human spirit of American liberty will win out.No place for middle ground, or for those who would coware from the issues. Siliece, is consent. I thank the forefathers, and God, for the right to be able to speak my mind, and appreciate, some of those who post here, a true inspiration for all. And much thanks to the editor, who always gets the facts right. If free men stay silent, all is lost. as we see, all is not lost, for many millions speak loudly.

All the stars in heaven would not be sufficient to support this quote. John Locke can be considered a defacto Founding Father. Where are more men and women like him now, when they are most needed? This quote should be spread across this wonderful land!

"who have a Right to resume their original Liberty." Underscore "right" a half dozen times and give it 50 stars.

No Carlton... underline "original". This single word reminds us that liberty is ours, just as it was before man invented this necessary evil we call government.

If we are unable to break the monopolies of the 2-party fascist system, war is inevitable, either from within or without, or probably both. Keep in mind though, that our masters love war and would love nothing better than to see Americans dying fighting each other, the government, and foreign armies.

The nobility of the spirit of John Locke and the acuity of his Virtue illumined intellect resound through the generations.

The genius of that which he had to impart is self evident.

We stand on the shoulders of giants.
