Since monopoly businesses are criminal and dishonest , such as the Federal Reserve Corp. , the shareholders are never prosecuted for anti-trust.

To the here subject matter: "the law"  who, what, where, etc. does this term reference? From a most technical application at the "law of nature and of nature's God" (Declaration of Independence) it is justice (not law) that judges dishonesty (as well as the fact and law thereof) and that which would perceivably dole out punishment (pretend or otherwise). According to Constitutional law, the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land is a lawless / anti-justice system. Such system is an ecclesiastical body politic that very selectively chooses who is prosecuted for violating its corporate bylaws (facilitation of corporate bylaws has replaced the de jure natural law of a once free people). No longer do codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. define an administration of natural law(s), justice or the violation thereof BUT RATHER, such have been deformed to control through despotism and tyranny. Unconstitutional corporate bylaws, such as compelled compliance, government licenses, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, Social Security, police state seizures, etc.), etc. are all a violation against the noble being man - while seriously interfering with inalienable rights, liberty and individual sovereignty.
