On its face, its accurate enough. In reality, the court is legislating anti-lawful societal experiments and, enforcing an unconstitutional government on 'We The People' that is not good, universally fair or makes anybody happy except the most ardent socialist.  -- Mike, Norwalk      3

Using the Supreme Court to force the People to follow the dictates of the Congress instead of forcing the Congress to follow the dictates of the People has been the corruption of the courts since the days of FDR. Don Quixoti was a kind and brave man -- he was also insane. ;-) Sanity and reason are not to be found in the argument that all are equal and deserving of their 'fair share' of other people's property and goods.
