I agree with you Ron but I want to see the Bills - enough of all this rhetoric, we got that from Obama and look what happened. Our representatives have no morals no ethics and those that do either get killed, physically or metaphorically. Forget the audit how about bringing a Bill that get's rid of the Federal Reserve. The whole thing is a sham - the banks get loans from the fed at nearly zero interest and then let's the government have loans for 3 percent so in a matter of seconds the banks have made millions in profit. Oh, and now they say they killed the bogeyman (Osama bin Laden) wow! so it took 10 years, killing millions of innocent civilians, bankrupting the world, and it was all an inside job. America wake up see what's really happening to your country because it is no longer mine and soon it will be no longer yours. Have a pleasant day!or more

For an immediate profit, the banks lend money back to the government?

And those who think everything is simple and not interrelated will always fail to see how these goals and tasks are indeed often interrelated.

That we are bringing freedom and democracy to these poor unfortunates is not only a myth, its a contradiction. Freedom and Democracy are two concepts diametically opposed to one another for starters. And the reality is that we are dominating these poor unfortunates in order to bring them under the umbrella of control desired by the Globalists, All the while we're supposed to wave the flag and pretend it's a good thing...it isn't. And its destroying our nation on every level.

By the 'A' from Reston's thumbs down and off topic ad hominem comment to the above quote, it is obvious that the 'A' is an immoral, anti-constitutional, anti-liberty, world enslaving, war mongering, Keynesian liberal. The quote is in your face simple and accurate.

As usual, Reston makes an inane comment that has nothing to do with the quote. Ron Paul is one of the few members of congress who makes a lick of sense.

While I often don't agree on all points with Dr. Paul, with these I do. The MIC is simply, thankfully obsolete in it's present form with no real traditional adverary, as China, etal. have wisely decided to put most of their resources into civilian production and will dominate the world with sales of items which help mankind celebrate it's prosperity, not destroy and enslave it with monetary serfdom. As the Anonymous Virginian, in the heart of "military land" notes, there are relationships to our production facilities which must be changed to civilian uses, but his clumsy approach is noted as perhaps egotistical at best. Instead of supposed freedom and democracy, which we are the "model" of, America and the world is getting more domination, monetary subjugation, etc., with the MIC, Federal reserve, wallstreet, k-street crowd as usual, growing like a military-political cancer on America ever since the Civil war as noted by Marine General Smedley Butler in 1877 with his "what the traffic will bear" comments about the price gouging by the MIC. These un-American expatriates, like some former potus, who abscond to South America, etal. are certainly not my idols and I would even like to see Ron Paul go after them with proper retroactive taxation, fees, fines, tariffs, extradition, subpoenas, trial for Iraq, regardless of immunities as we now have the ISAF, etc. along with all those who off-shore, outsource jobs and whole industries draining the country of all it's worth, then declaring to be "too big to fail", and "somehow" legislating bailouts which places the American public in total penury, while making it difficult to re-employ the home-coming soldiers who profess to "protect and defend" our way of life, but to whom fewer and fewer shreds of aid are given when it's time to have a civilian job or retirement as VALID "entitlements", ie. Social Security are raided to their destruction. Medicaid should be less than it is IMO, and somewhat the same for Medicaire, as we all must help pay the price of rebuilding our country before it's too late and we join the 3rd world effect happening globally as we speak.

The only thing that gives me a little twinge about Dr. Paul's statement is when he references 'representatives' (it is a bit mis-leading and gives a false hope and vision of that which is). There are no 'We The People' representatives in the statist theocracy infesting this land. By way of example was last week's Supreme Court anti-constitutional legislation that eliminated the 4th Amendment with its establishment of a no need for warrants police state (the total police state is here) Those like the Pauls have noble intentions by trying to bring back a semblance of the freedom that once was BUT, there is no place left on earth to do that. There is no place on earth that will protect our liberty.

Of all in DC only Ron and Rand Paul make any sense. They are the closest ones to Barry Goldwater I have seen today. I voted for him in the last Texas primary and will do so again. I refuse to try and choose the lesser of the two evils even when others say I am throwing my vote away.

And Reston is still loopy from running on the Pinko Hamster Wheel. Some things never change, like the idiocy of liberal communists...

Sorry about that, Reston, this quote did go out last month to half the list while the other half of the list got something else. But we wanted to make sure the whole list got it this time. :-)

Hear, hear! I sure wish the so-called conservatives would understand that Ron Paul is pro-military but against undeclared wars. He is pro-defense, and anti-imperialism. The GOP has been confusing a strong defense with arbitrary power that is unaccountable to the People or even the Congress. The American military's fighting men and women are being used for private financial gain at the expense of the People and those uniformed patriots serving abroad who lose their lives in the process.

To audit the Fed is a collosal waist of time. The Fed admitted they have reduced all bank accounts to "merely book entries" that make taxes and spending illusions and makes liars of Ron Paul and all others who parrot the lie that government spends money. Our Marxist misleaders have no need for money when all of is will risk our lives for more book entries. Learn and teach Monetary Realism as taught by Merrill Jenkins (1919-1979) He invented the dollar bill changer and wrote seven books, the first book was: "Money", The Greatest Hoax Earth. To learn a lot about Merrill Jenkins, please google: "merrill jenkins" money using quote marks as shown.

Freedom and democracy are incompatible. You cannot have both any more than you can have dry water ir a cold fire. The planet is saturated with democracy and freedom is absent. Free people do not have to perform for strangers! Free people have no legal tender laws.
