"The 4th Amendment
and the personal rights it secures
have a long history.
At the very core stands
the right of a man
to retreat into his own home
and there be free
from unreasonable
governmental intrusion."

WOW how things change, there wasn't much security in 1961 but they were at least still giving it lip service.

PLEASE bring back our Founding Fathers and Justice Potter Stewart. I cried when King George stole the throne (there you are, I admitted it) - I said we would have war in a year and that this will be the worst disaster ever to befall American - and what amazes me is that the people, sorry, sheeple, still don't get it.

Ah for the privacy of one's own bedroom... but King George W & his jesters would take even that from us... Impeach!

What a bunch of fools. You think that Government intrusion is bad because of George Bush? I wish you had a chance to live under the rule of the people you clearly support with out any temperance from leaders like George Bush. Of course that would be a disaster for this country. Hopefully you will find another country to move to that is more to your liking. It never fails when I see Bush haters that they never say anything remotely accurate about Bush but say volumes about their own stupidity.

Neither the Dems or the GOP respect the Constitution -- it is only about money now. Time to get rid of these parties altogether and start electing individuals who will restore Republican (as in the 'republic') government. Both parties are completely socialistic -- our choices now are fascism or communism. Candidates that do not further either agenda will not find themselves on a ballot.

There will be no change until we rid ourselves of the income tax and the other social engineering taxes. It is the major source of incumbent political power. The IRS has always been, and will remain, the prime violater of the 4th Amendment, and American freedoms, despite the incessant whining of the Bush hating moonbats. Democrats would not know liberty if it clubbed them over the head.

None of you seem to get it! George Wallace was right onpoint when he stated "the highger you get into either party there is not a dimes bit of difference. Your right though the sheeple follow either tweedle dee or tweedle dumb and the party continues. Only until you address the money issue will you find the true rulers of this nation.

It is always about the money and goods. If you have any they want it. Constructive fraud committed by Congress and the IRS against the " We the People ". Reduced to nothing more than Proletariats in the eyes of the Elite. When every small business refuses to withhold, when every home and land holder refuses to pay tribute for their property to the State or Fed, then, and only then will the elected officials realize their free ride is held in contempt by " We the People" individual sovereigns. Wake up America, wake up citizens wherever tyranny resides. The light becomes bright when you realize what has been taken away. Chophshiy Liberty, is economic liberty for the individual sovereign of a given nation claiming liberty and freedom for its citizens. It does not matter whether Israel, America, France, Spain or any other nation that makes that Declaration before the World. Regardless of the source text. " Prudence, indeed, will dictate, that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, whiles evils are sufferable , than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide New Guards for their future security. " Well said Helorat, Milton. That is the nail on the head.

Ronw13, thank you and very well said. The topic of "constructive fraud" as you illustrated is such an unknown to the sheeple slaves of Amerika that an intelligent conversation on a subject such as liberty is extremely difficult (at best).
