"Based on strikingly irrational beliefs and emotions, modern liberals relentlessly undermine the most important principles on which our freedoms were founded. Like spoiled, angry children, they rebel against the normal responsibilities of adulthood and demand that a parental government meet their needs from cradle to grave."

Spoil children rebel against the Normal Responsibility of Adulthood. Socialist prefer a spoiled childish mindset regardless of age. One could wish the Corrupt leadership might come to their senses, But, It has been a well planed attack to demoralize and "stifle" the mind of our children, blinding them through entitlement. Not wishing to bite the hand that feeds them, misery loves company and the tears flow.

It's even worse than that. It is the utmost of arrogance that they can make better life decisions for millions of people with millions of different life situations that those people can make for themselves.

To "rebel against the normal responsibilities of adulthood" is to demand servitude -- for all. When I was in school, I could hardly wait to 'grow up' and get out of there...

Yes, the key word here is "Modern" as he knew the true value of a true Liberal. Our emotions should be tempered with understanding and compassion and not subject to irrational sentiment.

Oh, brother. More fevered crap. Does this help public discourse in any way? Talk about madness - get a grip.

Since the inception of this country was based on slavery and degradation it's not surprising that this modern slaver and degrader with the fancy title of psychiatrist would want to make such a commitment. Call me childish or whatever, it's not moral to enslave or degrade human beings. Socialism is the challenge of social abilities to create freedom, dignity, the accompanying change.

Delusional. Socialism absolutely does not create freedom or dignity.  Quite the opposite.  The first thing socialists do is censor and prohibit speech that sheds light on the false claims of socialism.  Socialism is one-party rule, supremacy of the state.  No one has any rights that the government has not granted and can take away.

Mr Archer, to my recall I have never censored or prohibited any of your silly spoken nonsense at all, not one bit. Socialist are purely scientific and would not censor speech. I have to know what kind of mental disorder you are confronting me with, in hopes that one day you will make some kind of logical sense. Socialism is the challenge of social abilities to create logical expressive order.

Sillik, your off topic circular word salad is a diversion in the impossible. You CAN'T censor or prohibit Archer's input on this blog!  This blog is not based on socialism and you have NO sway as to what the editor will here allow. Sillik, you once said you would not say anything you could not prove. Please prove, by scientific measure, how any form of socialism (even yours) promotes mental order, prosperity or science / nature's law. In the past, you have called for censorship  how do you scientifically prove censorship is NON-censorship?

Mike,, Norwalk, would you refresh my memory of what you understand about my censorship connotation. I don't remember,  I know I don't much care for vulgarity, obscenities in the presence of the very young, but in the interest of science, I repeat, I want to hear everything in order to correct the situation. Maybe, it was my assertion that the loud automobile assaults are not a freedom of expression as ruled by the judicial branch.

Mike,, Norwalk, the provably social arrangement is the characteristic of Socialistic society.  It can't be the oppressive system that you accuse because it has the obligation to prove everything it espouses. If you are going to assume a parental position you will go before all and present you strategies, procedure, goals for the newborn, written and verbal. I can't answer you fully here and now, you kids are being quite overwhelming at this point. Good bye for right now.

Once again, Fred, you are speaking through both sides of your mouth.  Whatever you attribute to socialism is in fact, not socialism.  You are hijacking the term to define your own utopian vision.

Since you claim to be the only person who knows what socialism is, why not use your own word to describe what you are talking about?  Socialism isn't any of the things you claim over and over with your tired motto only changing the last part of it each time.

Your philosophy borrows from Judeo-Christian and Marxist tenets while claiming to be socialism.  To my mind it is a denial of Nature's God and the individual's natural born right to self-determinism within the limits of Natural Law:  As you sow, so shall you reap.

I respect your for aim for the highest achievement of humankind, but your expressed method to those ends too often resembles those of fascists and communists throughout history.  Your utopian dreams require the rest of us to abandon our own dreams, and thus can never be realized without force.

Only lazy people and collectivists would ever want socialism. Individual accountability is the only true freedom. When you have socialism, or it's big brother communism, the only thing they give to the poor are the middleclass. When the middleclass is ended, the elites are still fine and the rest of us are equally miserable...
     -- Keith N Gillis, Franklin

Mr Archer, all humans have the same dream securing their needs and individually making a contribution to the life process. The Socialized process is making you understand what you're dreams actually are by making you a mature human being. Your dreams are quite alive as you are at the same time are being introduced to these dreams.  Socialism is the challenge of social abilities to create universal reality.
