"They: The makers of the Constitution: conferred,
as against the government, the right to be let alone --
the most comprehensive of rights and
the right most valued by civilized men."

Ahhh to be left alone; not in this democratic socialist nation. Compelled compliance, license, larceny with impunity, victimless crimes, torture for information, to be held captive without charge, etc. are all now accepted as correct, as well as normal.

Does the US Governments no call list protect or interfere with the right to be left alone. Those called are left alone but those trying to earn a living are bothered.

Financial monitoring, cell phone monitoring, email monitoring, street surveillance, an unrestrained authority with the right to enter you home and confiscate your property and your person, a system of law that makes everyone a criminal at some point on some level... are you kidding? That's not "America". What we have now is a communist system of oppression... with all the shiny stuff you can imagine... but still, communism. How long will Amerika put up with it?

The War on Drugs has pretty well turned our nation into a police state. Cops can now take your property without charging you with a crime, and if you are stopped by a drug cop , you better not be carrying over a few dollars in cash or you can kiss it good bye. Read "Bad Trip", available at Amazon if you think I'm wrong about this and check out LEAP.CC on the web and find out what can be done about it.

It's not communism, Carlton, it's fascism -- that way they have the support of the Democrats and the Republicans. We have come a long way, baby.

Obviously the Judge didn't realize there's a lot of uncivilized politicians in Washigton – there should be a means test for politicians who take on high offices, including the President.

Communism and fascism are two sides of the same coin. You just have a dictator's head on one side and his ass on the other.
