From an ethical, moral and natural law foundation where individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty are held sacrosanct  ABSOLUTELY ! ! !  Other than that, terms and concepts would have to be considered by definition. How is a stable government determined (time, peace, prosperity?)??? The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land, as well as other socialistic leaning tyrannies advance their national character through chaos and control by brutality.  What are blessings of civil society? such as free stuff materialism vs. rights and liberty at natural law.
