    Not quite sure how to rate this aphorism. Its accurate on so many levels of so many topics - clothing, academia, economics, politics, religion, etc. This seems to be the rule rather than the always proverbial exception. A thumbs down for the observed rejection of law or, 5 stars for the accurate observation of migrating mores.
