"... when the struggle seems to be drifting definitely towards a world social democracy, there may still be very great delays and disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world system. Countless people ... will hate the new world order ... and will die protesting against it. When we attempt to evaluate its promise, we have to bear in mind the distress of a generation or so of malcontents, many of them quite gallant and graceful-looking people."

The reason this new order can't and won't work is because it, the system and those who run it, DO NOT respect any one's right to life and their natural rights that are their life. Since the system is unnatural in opposition to Nature's laws, it is doomed to fail. Mess with Nature and Nature will mess you right back, naturally. This is the lesson man has never learned.

The New World Order will be brought to us under false flag operations like the "Copenhagen Accord". A scheme to re order the economy of the world and place us all under very firm control....all in the name of "Saving the Planet" Sadly many will buy into it in the false belief that our leaders are benevolent.

Nice quote. The new world order is coming. Liberalism is not going to give up. Currently it is environmentalism in general and global warming in particular. If that burns out before all the accords as such are made international law the liberals will create some other crisis to take its place. It seems inevitable that it will happen. Hope I'm gone by then.

Anon and Carlton are right. warren, I think 'liberalism' is too general a word to describe what the Dems AND GOP have done to this country over the past 100 years. How many Congresses or Presidents have furthered government expansion, perpetuated permanent national emergencies, presided over national bankruptcy, initiated foreign wars, passed legislation that erode individual rights, bastardize the language to hide government crimes, etc., etc.? In a world of greater access to knowledge than in recorded time, why are American students dumber than ever recorded in history? The only smart ones are those that learn outside of the classroom. Beware the indoctrination of the collectivist globalists -- when you find yourself at the TV yelling "bomb 'em, bomb 'em!" they have got you... 5 stars because the quote is true, although I do not support it.

Ditto with Mikes last sentence but I'm afraid that's where the ditto stops. There is a far more serious problem in America and no party will be able correct it. I agree, the Dem and GOP have made a real mess of things, but tell me, if there is another practicing political system you would recommend. And, the key here is practicing.

How prophetic H.G. was. You guys prove his point by your very existence and malcontentedness. Remember that I have told you before that their has always been a new world order. There was the Babylonian World Order. The Alexandrian World Order, The Roman World Order etcetera. There is nothing new about new world orders. Rest assured that a world order exists and has existed since time began. The fact that it constanly changes means that it is always new. Some guys just cannot handle NEW. Get a life, learn and keep up.

Obviously he didn't know who the real perpetrators of the NWO are.... Socialism has always been blamed for mans misfortune - the biggest recipients of socialism in America are the corporations, the military, and the politicians.
The last to benefit, under American socialism, are the poor and the infirm. Capitalism always turns into socialism for the rich.... and a NWO would make it worse...

The concept that individuals live well coordinated, well planned out, orderly, healthy lives appears to be quite reasonable and acceptable under the auspices of what is labeled the New World Order. Absolutely! Positively excellent!

The key words being "concept" and "appears."  It all depends on who gets to coordinate and plan who's lives.  Regulated life is servitude, plain and simple.

The fact that individuals will live well coordinated, well planned out, orderly, healthy lives definitely will be quite reasonable and acceptable under the auspices of what is labeled the New World Order is quite positively excellent. Absolutely.

This is what is called a fallacious argument  ad hominem.

An ad hominem attack is a logical fallacy associated with trying to undermine the opponent's arguments by personal attacks, through attacking their character or skill level, etc.

    Try again.
