Ever so slightly - hmmmm - but, over all, spot on. "The people", broken down is: each and every, any and all individual persons (heirs to the King of Eternity / Universe / etc. (individually and in concert united). The State is sovereign as an extended expression of the sovereign person (individually and in concert united). The States united (U.S.A.) is sovereign as an extended expression of the several sovereign States. I know of no other nation on Earth that has chartered its servant government based on the natural-born and inherent 'rights' of the People. It is what separates the American citizen from the citizens of the UK, Europe, Central & South America, Asia, Middle East, etc.. Every effort is being made to adopt the centralized authoritarian practices of monarchies, dictatorships, and theocracies, in order to paint over the very foundation of the political and civil powers of Americans, which can never be voted away. The sovereignty movement is making a resurgence, not just in America, but with Britain's exit, and other European nations eschewing the dictates of the EU. Latin American countries are trying to break free from the socialist infiltration of their governments, to return to a market-based economy, and other republican ideals. The 'worker' has been getting screwed for a LONG time by communists promising the wealth of others, only to be enslaved by another dictator that rewrites the Constitution.
