He loved this country so much that he ended up sacrificing his relationship with his son who had allegiance to the British Royal Crown. It's so refreshing to see Ben Franklin's wisdom placed in its proper context as opposed to the leftist misinterpretation of his quotes that we have so often been spoon-fed in school.
Clearly, small government, a well-armed and educated population, and a strong military are the pillars of a strong country and it's high time we move back in that direction.
