"The great strength of our Order lies in its concealment; let it never appear in any place in its own name, but always concealed by another name, and another occupation. None is fitter than the lower degrees of Freemasonry; the public is accustomed to it, expects little from it, and therefore takes little notice of it. Next to this, the form of a learned or literary society is best suited to our purpose, and had Freemasonry not existed, this cover would have been employed; and it may be much more than a cover, it may be a powerful engine in our hands. … A Literary Society is the most proper form for the introduction of our Order into any state where we are yet strangers."

Adam Weishaupt
(1748-1830?) [Spartacus] Professor of Natural and Canon Law at Germany's Ingolstadt University, founded The Order of the Illuminati on May 1, 1776. He designed the very plan of world domination that is still in use today to enslave the world's masses.

They need to conceal their identities and their activities because they are acting in a manner treasonous to mankind itself. If I were a Doctor I would prescribe a tall tree and a short rope.

The Illuminati's tentacles into, and use of freemasonry to spread its prowess was but one of the methods used to become domineering throughout the world. A low level of literacy (controlled and dummied down) was required to propagate the perceived illumination.

It is ignorance of the highest order to refuse to investigate 'conspiracies' simply because they are considered 'conspiracies.' A conspiracy is nothing more than a secret plan -- are there no secret plans among the ruling classes? Are there no secret or hidden agendas among politicians? Are we so gullible to believe that there are no secret plans or actions geared towards getting more money and power from the masses into the 'hidden hand'? Don't be ignorant -- 10,000 years of recorded history tell otherwise.

Well said Archer, I couldn't have said it better - though I do believe we should have a more literary society. I'm late because I had the dreaded "Total Security 2009" computer virus - let me know if it fell your way as I zapped it.

Every free individual conspires or should conspire to advance his personal interests. Thus he or she will join with a small group, a partnership (2 or more individuals) or small corporation or a larger stock corp to advance those interests. Are we going to say that all businesses that are seeking to maximize their bottom line without telling you and I exactly what their game plan is, is a conspiracy. Well it is and that is the way the world of business works and the world of politics. Did Obama conspire with others to run and compete for the Presidency, of course he did. Did you and I know everything about Obama and his coterie when they were making their plans, of course we did not. Does that make them a conspiracy in the worst sense of the word. If you feel that you need to know everything that has and is now going on behinc closed doors. you are not only a conspiracy wonk but are probably a schizo.

Waffler, what you just posted is pretty much true AND also, as an extremely thin veneer, one of the most shallow, gullible, head in the sand, and pridefully ignorant things I've read in a while.

Only you and a few others, forturnately, consider truth to be shallow and gullible. To see the private plans of others as evil conspiracy is sick indeed. To call truth prideful ignorance is well Mike what can we really so about you, you leave us all flabergasted and exacerbated.

I am glad to hear that Waffler believes in privacy and Adam Smith's view that all is best when individuals act out off their own self-interest. But when one violates the rights of another in order to secure one's goals, it is a crime. Is it a crime to conspire to steal, to deceive, to lie, to enslave, to kill? Must we stand idly by for the next election when our elected leaders turn around and tighten the noose? Get your head out of the sand Waffler, once the criminal conspiracy is revealed, we must act or else surrender our liberty, our property, our labors, and even our children to the state. We have been deceived -- how can that be OK with you? Sounds like excuses for cowardice to me...

There are no perfect synonyms in any existing language. There will always be something differentiating, even if minimally, one from another. The words "concealment" and "privacy" are very different, although many use the word "privacy" while "concealment" is what it is.

Waffler, if anybody's plans whether the individual, a small mom and pop business, a huge corporation or the administrations of men hired on as servants to protect the natural rights of the individual, violates just one right when they are "seeking to maximize their bottom line" and that is criminal activity and of course the right to their privacy unless they get caught. Evidence of crime justifies the right to intrude on privacy rights except you can't even get our government to audit the Fed can we? The thumbs down is for your insistence to ignore the truth as well as the quote.

Now however, on a much grander scale the level of awareness is increasing amongst the general populace as to who the Illuminati and the Masons really are. Don't think for one minute that Humanity is goin to stand by and let these corrupt people achieve their end goal. As a matter of fact, we will see changes this coming November here in America. The Awakening has begun to gain great momentum. The herd is now looking at them with angry eyes.
