This quote is untenable. This fella is no doubt referencing his own experiences, typical of the mentally ill. The mentally healthy can explain  more thoroughly the experiential causality.  He, Mr. Von Mises, attempted to challenge oppression and failed. The reason of the failure was because he contributed to his own oppression as typically the mentally ill perform, and therefore developing a mind device called a subconscious which is the result of contradictary forces. A mentally healthy does not adapt such a device. The mentally healthy use the fully conscious state to approach the challenging phenomenen of nature.  Any mentally healthy individual will produce rational and tenable doctrinal support for their cause.  -- Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown      1
