I am in absolute harmony with the 'discourage litigation' and being a 'peace maker'. To the contrary, history has shown over and over again that attorneys encourage litigation and are agents of disruption because there is never business enough. I agree with the first 2 sentences, the rest is, - well, umm, wishful thinking at best.  -- Mike, Norwalk
A lot of my friends went into law for honorable reasons -- unfortunately they had to follow to the rules of the court or else lose their license to practice law. Now they can only earn a living by suing people or furthering statism. It seems that lawyering is all about keeping people irresponsible and profiting from the 'blame game.'  -- E Archer, NYC
