It is a psychological ruse. What is big government. Remember when we all resented our big parents ruling over us and telling us what to do. This "big government" thing is just the same thing, it is simply a mind game people play with themselves to expalin there own ineptitude. Now getting near election day 2011 acquaintances of mine and some in the public spotlight are playing the race card again. Bailouts are the fault of African-Americans etcetera. These people are 12.5% of the population. No one needs to blame some bogey man whether it is the straw man "Big Government" or "African-Americans" for their own self perceived ninconpoopieness.
     -- Waffler, Smith

Waffler, just get rid of the bailouts and the social programs on the federal level then who would be complaining.

Sometimes I think that Waffler is just putting us all on since nobody can be as stupid as he sounds. Here's a news flash Waff, it's the Libs who constantly play the race card on anyone who opposes Obama and his insane programs for this country.

Robert, said well. Waffler, WHAT? I travel a lot for business and as you've probably guessed, I'm fairly verbal about politics ;-). I've yet to encounter any of your 12.5% (Bailouts are the fault of African-Americans or otherwise, or OTHERWISE!). Where are this 12.5% hiding or, is that just another made-up liberal pole? Does that percentage represent the liberal Democrats in you immediate neighborhood? I've read that all your neighbors but 1 will try and kick somebody out of their home just because they don't like the color of it. I have to admit though, I did like the ninconpoopieness congregation.

The quote is right on. Waffler, demonstrates the leftist ploy of using racism by stating that the other guys are racist. Frankly I have not heard ANY body (right or left) suggest that Obama's skin is the reason for his socialistic policies. I only hear Democrats talk about racism 'somewhere.' Get over it. Americans elected a black (mulatto) president -- that should end this whole racist nonsense -- more white people voted for Obama than black people, and many of them had voted for Bush the time previously (otherwise how did he get elected?). If anything, Americans should be acknowledged for being enlightened enough to give a black guy from Chicago a chance. Well, he has had his chance and we now see what he is doing with it. It is not 'We the People' with him, it is 'Me the President.' What a child.

America has a severe case of cancer and it's not even recognized by most of it's citizens. So what' s the next big waste of time. I vote for the banks this time. Not a waste! How about if we audit the federal reserve? I''m not an economist but it's become certain to me that it is the bankers that need a lesson on economics anyway. America is in deep trouble.---------- "The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks." Lord Acton-------- "Let me control a peoples currency and I care not who makes their laws." ■ Meyer Nathaniel Rothchild in a speech to a gathering of world bankers February 12, 1912.--------■We shall have World Government, whether or not we like it. The only question is whether World Government will be achieved by conquest or consent.■ -James Paul Warburg, whose family co-founded the Federal Reserve - while speaking before the United States Senate, February 17, 1950

"Because power corrupts, society's demands for moral authority and character increase as the importance of the position increases. "-- John Adams Most of the problems we are experiencing today from D.C. is the problem of corruption in high places in government. Obama either has no clue about the evil of human nature, or he knows and has planned this all with the object of bringing our government tumbling to the ground. The more power that is centralized in government, the less we as citizens count in the decisions of those in the circle of power.

I forgot to rate the quote. It is a hard kernel of truth. Starting with Wilson in the 20's and continuing with FDR, Carter, Johnson, and Obama, these "progressive" intellectuals (the product of the Ivy League schools) believed then and still do today that big government is the only way to control a citizenry who have the audacity to actually believe they have the right to pursue their own happiness. It amazes me that the biggest pirates (foreign banks and the Fed) who rob of us of our national wealth are not even considered for investigation and brought to justice, but it comes down to the little man who must buckle under to the powers of the government for their own "good."
