"It is thus necessary that the individual should finally come to realize that his own pride is of no importance in comparison with the existence of his nation; that the position of the individual ego is conditioned solely by the interests of the nation as a whole; that pride and conceitedness, the feeling that the individual ... is superior, so far from being merely laughable, involve great dangers for the existence of the community that is a nation; that above all the unity of a nation’s spirit and will are worth far more than the freedom of the spirit and the will of an individual; and that the higher interests involved in the life of the whole must here set the limits and lay down the duties of interests of the individual. ... By this we understand only the individual's capacity to make sacrifices for the community, for his fellow men. "

Adolf wasn't big on the freedom of each individual. His record stands as one of histories monsters.

Is this a joke? Surely this is a tongue in cheek entry to Liberty Quotes. Funny how the left uses Hitlers image to paint Conservatives. Hitler was a supreme collectivist and here's the evidence.

This is the kind of thinking that only self interested dictators could advocate...well, them and collectivist sheep. Clearly, this is what we gave so many lives in so many wars to keep out of America...to keep America "free".

Well articulated by the neo-con / progressive's & Republican / Democrat's god. For other than those that love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, and collectivist applications over individual inalienable rights, Thomas Jefferson stated: "Governments are the servants, not the masters of the people."

Not what I think but what I know, HITLER WAS A PIKER! Nobel Laureate, Paul Samuelson said the Federal Reserve is an "omnipotent counterfeiter" ---Economics, 4t Edition and the British-created Federal Reserve said their system of plunder "works (us) only with credit" that would keep its valuse "if there were fewer people bidding against each other?"--Keeping Our Money (therir credit) Healthy --Library of congress Catalog Number 60-14368 Rev.1/79 Just what would those omnipotent counterfeiters not do or persuade us to do to insure the permanence of their omnipotence? Did they tell their Supreme Cult to legalize abortion? Did they tell their Presidents to wage perpetual warfare against people who have harmed us none? Did they tell their Congress to subsidize milk, sugar and tobacco, all killers? Did they tell their police to smash the cancer curing equipment of Royal Rife? Did they tell their EPA to continue our extermination by fluoridation though their professionals have been telling us for 1w5 years that fluoride is killing people? Search nteu fluoride and royal rife, Did they tell their judges that their system of olunder would collapse if they permit justice in tax cases? Again, what would they not do or persuade us to do to reduce our bidding of their credit against each other? WHO will deny that Hitler was a piker.? www.morpix.biz/x4

What I think is unless this country wakes up in a hurry it will be too late to turn back collectivism. Become an informed voter. Look at history. The current admimistration is on a fast track to burst through your front door of freedom.

Sounds just like Obama, the 'community organizer.' This philosophy has resulted in the MILLIONS of deaths of individuals. The collectivist slogan of "Yes, we can" can be better understood in the context of this quote.

Love all Hitler quotes. People ignore them to all of our peril. Every one of us need to be educated in history in order to be competent voters. It is a shame that so many that go to the polls know so little. A fine testament to our education system having finally met its goals. In spite of the internet, there still are enough misinformed idiots voting to make it close enough for the dead and illegal to elect many of our leaders for us.

Interesting quote. That is, essentially, what every service member agrees to when they join the military. That the State is superior to themselves. That they will, if necessary, risk their own lives to protect the State.
