Waffler, Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin may or may not have been duly elected (electronic voting is highly suspect) never-the-less, that has nothing to do with the treasonous acts he's performed since acting within the office. Waffler knows not what treason is. To request the statement of live birth (that all medical doctors produce when a child is delivered by them) is not treason, especially when one of the requirements for running for President is that he/she must be born in the USA (which is also interesting considering McCain was born in Panama at a US military base, hmm). What begs the questions is why will the Hawaiian authorities refuse to produce this document and even the actual birth certificate of Obama? But this misdirection is typical Waffler. There have been SO MANY treasonous acts committed by presidents and congress alike over the last 100 years, it seems that we have truly lost our country. For example, the Coinage Act of 1792 provides for the death penalty for debasing the currency. LOL! Our currency is so debased that it is not worth anything -- it is actually a debt OWED, a MINUS, not a plus. And since we do not use real money anymore, there is no way to actually pay off the debt that our bank notes represent. Talk about Treason!! What about the fact that habeas corpus is now denied -- Bush is responsible for that, why hasn't Obama repealed that Executive Order? What about the fact that certain amendments to the Constitution have in fact NOT been lawfully ratified but merely declared ratified by a Secretary of State? Why don't we ever review any of these cases? Why can't a defendant cite any case prior to 1939 when making a defense of his liberty and rights? Our government leaders lie, lie, lie, lie -- and we have no way to address them. We may watch the politicians fight it out on TV, but we can't actually pose the tough questions ourselves. The people are mocked by the politicians when they ask simple questions like, "By what authority can you impose legislation in DC upon the States and the People? Which article and clause in the Constitution has granted you the power to do X?" We get answers like, "Well, Congress has been making these kinds of laws for a long time and it is common knowledge that we have the right to do so." or "There is no doubt Congress has the right to implement this legislation" without even answering the question.
