    Too many variables, I wasn't quite sure how to rate this. Not shooting the messenger (Warren, legislating from the bench, forced communism and fascism as a replacement for liberty), I'm not sure liberty and force belong in the same sentence. As I've stated here many times before - Liberty is: The power of acting as one thinks fit, without any restraint or control, except from the laws of nature. (Bouviers Law Dictionary) Liberty is the exemption from extraneous control. The power of the will, in its moral freedom, to follow the dictates of its unrestricted choice, and to direct the external acts of the individual without restraint, coercion, or control from other persons. Liberty is the right which nature gives to all mankind of disposing of their persons and property after the manner they judge most consistent with their happiness, on condition of their acting within the limits of the law of nature, and so as not to interfere with an equal exercise of the same rights by other men. (Blacks Law Dictionary 1st ed.) Liberty: "Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." (Thomas Jefferson). To the concept of liberty, how many have truely endeavored to forsake all represive chains that bind them. "all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed" (Declaration of Independence). The mere concept of liberty is denied to individuals in theocratic seminaries (government schools), by ecclesiastical propacators (the MSM) and the many statist theocracies infesting this planet. It is a tribute to the noble being - man, that liberty is innate and an inalienable element of the specie. Liberty does keep raising its beautiful presence.

    How could he believe in liberty or our constitution when he helped to centralize all power to D.C.? He made this statement, but then legislated from the bench.

Page 1 paragraph 3, That I was unaware that the signing and filing of an income tax return and other IRS forms are acts of voluntary compliance for a free sovereign individual citizen and/or resident of the United States when executed and submitted by said individual living and working within the States of the Union; that I was unaware that in a court of law the completed IRS documents can become prima facie evidence sufficient to sustain a legal conclusion by a judge that the signer has voluntarily changed his legal status from that of a Free Sovereign individual citizen who is not subject to any federal tax and who possesses all of his God-given Constitutionally secured rights when dealing with government.
    4 ) That I am a natural born free sovereign United States citizen, and a citizen of the State of -------, a freeman and I am endowed by my Creator with numerous inalienable rights including my rights to " life, liberty , and the pursuit of happiness," which rights are specifically identified in the Declaration of Independence and protected by the United States Constitution; that my birthright to " pursuit of happiness" has been interpreted by both the framers of the Constitution and the U. S. Supreme Court as including my inalienable right to contract, to acquire, to deal in, to sell, rent, and exchange properties of various kinds, real and personal, without requesting or exercising any privilege or franchise from government; that I have learned that these inalienable property rights also include my right to contract for the exchange of my labor-property for other properties such as wages, salaries, and other earnings, that I have Never knowingly or intentionally waived any of these inalienable rights.
    I hope this is not to long a post. But people must understand their rights as individual sovereigns Defined !!
