Law enforcement is an oxymoron; man can not enforce natural law, he can only enforce tyranny, thus the answer to Stern's here quandary. Maybe someone can explain how these 'laws' require permission from the State for possessing and using weapons when a specific Amendment was added to the Constitution prohibiting such legislation.
