"The dignity and stability of government in all its branches, the morals of the people, and every blessing of society depend so much upon an upright and skillful administration of justice, that the judicial power ought to be distinct from both the legislative and executive, and independent upon both, that so it may be a check upon both, and both should be checks upon that."

The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land has no dignity, stability or checks and balances in its nonstop elimination of freedom, liberty, rights, law and justice.

Sad to say....we left "justice" behind a long time ago. We're in the birthing stages of a full blown police state now. 5 stars for what should have been...

The courts are so politicized that their decisions are based completely on right or left rather than law and justice. In a free republic laws are not written to tell people what they must do -- only what they may not do. Populist government must be strictly limited or else the plundering masses will eventually be used to war against each other while the powers-that-be laugh their way to the bank -- like now.

This checks and balances notion is a purely childish diversionary strategy to maintain some idea of social responsible balancing, as if something is being preserved in the interest of security. Adults, however, educated in appropriate reasoning and rational fashion will measure the componential elements together and agree on the solution. 1+1 will be agreed by all to equal 2.

PS: this was just a, checks and balances, strategy by the newly elected "founders" to make sure they could halt any progress. It is a complicating procedure to keep the corrupt government possible.

Sillik, your extremely superficial circular word salad is an idiotic misdirection and lie at best. "childish diversionary strategy"?  "social responsible balancing"?  "preserved in the interest of security"? - "Adults"?  "educated in appropriate reasoning and rational fashion"?

The founders excelled in reasoning and rational thought. By example, they rejected socialism in favor of individual sovereignty, inalienable right and liberty at nature's law. The founders observance of nature's law (science, physics, mathematics, life, etc.) and its administrations, as seen through historical cause and effect (Egypt, Greece, Rome, Israel, etc.) offered the best checks and balance to ensure the noble family man's progress and prosper.

Mike, Norwalk, I guess you're supremist perspective can't be to flexible, but why don't you try to be one of George Washington's or Thomas Jefferson's slaves and tell me how "reasonable" or "rational" these sick beings were. These fellows were very much part of our present problems for the slave owning attitude is very much alive with the vast majority, black folks included, they like white folks, "everyone should own one."  We need to end the slave owning attitude.

Sillik, to eliminate the "slave owning attitude" would be started by getting rid of socialism. You may want to read more history concerning George Washington and Thomas Jefferson with their slaves relationships. Your after the fact re-interpretation of reality fails miserably.

Sillik, PLEASE, describe your "supremist perspective" ad hominem. How is my desire for all of the brotherhood of man to be equal in individual sovereignty, inalienable rights and liberty at nature's law a supremacist perspective? Your hypocritical circular word salad has NO basis in fact or truth.

Mike, Norwalk, humans are kind, decent, and caring. The idea of enslavement is repugnant for themselves or others. Humans have a great value for life in general.

Sillik, a generality I most sincerely concur with.

Mike, Norwalk, you don't appear to reasonably or rationally observe that these so-called "reasonable and rational" "founders" were not supporting  freedom for everyone therefore do not qualify as fully human.

Mike, Norwalk, you and your supremacist cronies go around trying to misrepresent the race unconscious fellow in trying to make it appear that he is the racist, setting up different scenarios that would depend on the conditions and not race. But this is unimportant to the unquestioning racist like you and your racist any group participants. I am clearly the only responsible person on the planet who is not race conscious. You need and teach race consciousness. I don't need racism, everyone is equal in Socialism.

Sellik, please enumerate in a provable list, your lies concerning my actions - showing that I am a supremacist, and who my cronies are (by name) along with how they are supremacists also. Please list my and my cronies (specific by name) misrepresentations. Please give all the evidence you have that truthfully depicts my, and my cronies racist views. To the rest of your lying diatribe / circular word salad / mentally ill messiah complex declarations, please be specific in your proof.

You being: “clearly the only responsible person on the planet who is not race conscious” (messiah complex) would know that, socialism (all chattel being equal) is a most heinous form of slavery; only the carnal gods are above the fray. Your comment the other day concerning each person being an individual sovereign (“to many chiefs, not enough Indians) is a socialist’s concept that describes a socialistic system where not everyone is equal. Like a good / typical socialist, you need to continually change the meaning of words and concepts.

Mike, Norwalk, you have pointed out that you have benefited lucratively dealing in the conventional traditional manner. This traditional manner depends on divide and conquer strategies and race supremacy is a typical strategy in the conventional business dealings, making your competition look unacceptable, while you appear acceptable.

Sillik, I'm sure my definition of a conventional traditional manner and yours differ greatly. I did not participate in divide and conquer or any race supremacy strategies. Since you know so much about me and my business, please be detailed (names, dates, times, facts, details, etc.) in describing my business and how I utilized "divide and conquer" and "race supremacy". Also, what did I do, say or otherwise that which would make my competition look unacceptable while I made myself appear acceptable. Sillik, your false accusations only go to prove you are a childish liar with no truth or reasoning being in you.

Mike, Norwalk, unlike you in regards to me I don't know anything about you personally. The system of criminal capitalizing is criminal capitalizing. You, on the other hand, know who I am, but will not admit it to yourself or me. You just don't know what I am. With me, I am not properly acquainted with anyone on the planet earth, but I understand what they are, a bunch of juvenile delinquents. Your system is just plain misrepresentation. I offer a the only alternative, an organization of reasonable and sane authentic order.
     -- Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown
  •

Mike, Norwalk, you need to stop being juvenile delinquents, grow up and address reality as adults. You reach adulthood practicing adult behavior.

     -- Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown

Sillik, hahahaha / lololololol WHAT? ? ? OK, I'll bite, what are you? Are you properly acquainted with anyone off planet earth. I'll take you at your word, you are a socialist with a Messiah complex; that speaks in circular word salad and lies. You say you don't know anything about me personally BUT, then you claim I'm one of many juvenile delinquents  I say hmmm. What is "my" personal system that is just a plain misrepresentation?  Can you please be specific (since you don't know me), what do I need to do to stop being juvenile delinquents (-; does that mean I'm a plural on the planet you are from ;-), grow up and address reality (who's reality) as adults?
