Reston is partially right. That is yet another reason for sticking to the Constitution and not creating seats of power for the taking. Cullbert is just another guy who found out things that he never new before and called it a "secret". When I start school and as I continued I learned many "secrets". At some point some of us never are any longer amazed that we are able to learn new secrets everyday.
