I'm not sure how to rate this. It was Marx that made vogue the term "capitalism" with an extreme change in meaning. Pure and traditional capitalism included a tangible monetary exchange such as gold and silver coin. Theocratic communism's adversary was fallaciously claimed to be a debt based capitalism. In 1913 both the 2nd plank of the communist manifesto and debt notes came into play advancing Lenin's here prediction.  -- Mike, Norwalk      1
