A pro-communist agitator, and quite possibly a leading figure instrumental in the decline of many states with pernicious and immoral ideas. A charlatan, whose destructive doctrines have infiltrated the integrity of many of our educational institutions, and has greatly influenced, possibly in hand and/or related with controlled media, the seed of many towns and cities. The mentor and professor of Anti-Western values, and quite possibly, has greatly influenced Neo-Communist activities throughout the Western Hemisphere.

First, mis-classed under many categories - most of which is "agnosticism." Second, the quotation is highly opposed to liberty in so many ways. Removing from the minds of men their individualism? What!? World government? What!? And, without family tradition and traditional morality and religion, as F.A. Hayek argued, society collapses into chaos - and into that vacuum left by the destruction of society steps the decivilizing state. Not much about liberty in this quotation!

As a Socialist/Communist, I would agree mostly with this quote. To achieve a "USA" type of government, aka the corruptions of capitalism, the above mentioned quote is most likely true. Sad, but true.

I agree with part of that. But a world "government" in my mind would optimally end at a reasonable and limited court system. This system's main function would be to ensure property rights. Individualism would be prominent and necessary, as would tradition. Removal of religion and national patriotism is, however, necessary to obtaining an united and free world.

These policies are being followed by the western governments of the day. The one world government is definately in the cards. Unless that is, "we the people" stand up to it.

Not shooting the messenger but rating the quote only: To achieve world government, it is necessary to accomplish the tyrants's dream. All word definitions and concepts concerning freedom and liberty must be removed from the minds of men and changed to support the new slave master and his religion (theocratic reign), so that their individualism will be reprogrammed to support the borg, loyalty to family traditions will be replaced with the tyrannical social engineer's political correctness, national patriotism will be replaced with a slave's obedience to the grand master(s) and all his media defined politically correct desires, and because the being, 'homo sapiens' is/are inherently a religious creature - no competing belief systems will be allowed in the theocratic collective- dogmas supporting the collective will be all that is tolerated. To achive freedom and liberty, stay clear of the quotes dogmas.

I don't agree entirely with this quote (I think individuality is extremely important) but I do tend to think that religious dogmas and blind patriotism sometimes get in the way of needed progress.

I am not sure I endorse world government as an ideal but I am in favour of universal social justice and peace. I doubt that world government will deliver that. Too easy for it to be hijacked by some self-appointed elite. A balance though has to be found between individualism and community and the ideal balance varies over time and space. Generally though, humans are irreducibly social animals. The robber barons who run big business are just as intent on atomising society as anyone. Suits Chicago School economic theory. This is where the radical left and right find common ground>

Here's an open example of the globalists admitting their intent — world government.  The WHO is an instrument of world government, and we can see that individuality is an obstacle to their designs — word conquest.  The WHO's primary purpose is to reduce the world's population.

"...there is no such entity as 'the public' - since the public is merely a number of individuals - the idea that 'the public interest' supersedes private interests and rights can have but one meaning: that the interests and rights of some individuals take precedence over the interests and rights of others."

    -Ayn Rand

"The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights, cannot claim to be defenders of minorities. Individual rights are not subject to a public vote; a majority has no right to vote away the rights of a minority; the political function of rights is precisely to protect minorities from oppression by majorities."

The quote is attributed to Dr. Chisolm during one of his speeches; however, a reference to this exact quote was made by a speech made by Mrs. Jean Carter during a Lions Club meeting on July 10, 1975.  She shares several excerpts from proponents of progressive  education including John Dewey and Brock Chisolm.  As a result, it appears that her quote was misattributed to Dr. Chisolm.

A world government would be a vital foundational species instillation piece, marking great developmental achievement, enabling individual identity and awareness, promoting comprehensive relational bonds, understanding the true role of the nation state and the realization of its obselescence, also assist in the educational springboard, leading to leaving us free of superstition.

Are you delusional?  World government is the goal of the greatest power-seekers of all.  It would be nothing short of servitude for every nation.  SELF-government, starting with the individual, would be the best government, if indeed people would be respectful of each other's rights.  Indeed, it would take the highest order of humans, so I am not sure if it will ever be possible on a global scale.  Better if each nation could secure the rights of its citizens.

The UN and its globalist institutions (World Bank, WHO, ICC, IMF to name a few) are already trying to supersede the rights and powers of the nations that have become its members.  No nation that issued their own currency backed by gold could join initially — they were called 'neutral' countries.  One by one they have fallen to the central banks.  World government would be fascistic at best and communistic at worse — it would be the government of a world central bank.

Remember that the stated goal of globalists is to reduce the world's population to 500 million people — and you can bet you ain't one of them.

Mr Archer, it's always a pleasure to positively connect with you, I enjoy your contributions, although not always agree. Mr Archer, the unification of territories would logically promote the unification of the self, opening a more possibility of self government with which I agree with you is the most effective.  I am a world nation supporter who insists that a simple rational arrangement procedure would create an underpopulation pleasantry, afterall we have an entire universe in which to make our acquaintance. There's simply no sane, as always, reason to eliminate anyone.

Mr Archer, I would have to further clarify, that as far as self government, those who are most themselves are certainly most qualified to make the effective life preserving decisions for us all. There are those who are more inclined to nature's clearly defining role for our species and life in general, this individual is in, reluctantly, but fortunately, in command.

The conventional loyalty to family, national patriotism, and religion is a mere masquerade, the one world atmosphere would strengthen and assist in the internalization of the principled based loyalties to the community and also for the  acknowledgement of the true self.
