The second plank of the communist manifesto is the primary tax being referenced by the quote. As to L. Hanson's ignorance, the once free people before 1913 did not pay that tax and became the most generous and prosperous in history (infrastructure and strength was maintained and grew before the referenced labor enslaving tax was implemented). Now that the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land has fully adopted socialism as its national establishment of religion, unemployment and poverty's advancement are being financed by the few remaining productive laborers (government work is not productive)..  -- Mike, Norwalk      1

Persecution can follow a particular people for thousands and thousands of years. Long ago a people of Jonadab, his descendants were forbade to live in cities, they were and are a separated people unto God.
