Yes, the U.S. may. But most of what Congress does in the name of liberty is unconstitutional and against liberty. How many of our children will die to pay the price to give Iraq liberty? How many of our rights will be taken to make us free? How many countries will we anger to show we can crush whatever we don't like? This quote is taken out of context. He was talking about secret societies and an international cabal that was working hard to dissolve the American republic as we knew it.
