in comparison with which all individuals or groups are relative,
only to be conceived in their relation to the State."

Socialism says that everyone is forced to take care of everyone else, the group is greater than individual, and we must all be equal. Fascism says that everyone is forced to take care of themselves, the group is greater than the individual, and our needs cannot be greater than that of the state's. Gotta love America's equal balance of both.

In the U.S. you must take care of the government. They demonstrate daily individuals are worth less than the group and the group is worth less than government. The Constitution, our cornerstone, puts individuals first, 180° from what is happening.

The statement is true. The thumbs down was because that exact philosophy has superceded our Constitution. You only have to be in court to hear a judge say "It doesn't matter that you've broken no laws, I have to consider the overall well being of society" I won't say here what the individual was charged with but there was no infraction of any Constitutional principle, common law rule, or even statutory law, but the individual went to jail anyway.

What lands you in jail, having broken no law?

Anonymous, the case I just spoke of is still on appeal so I won't talk about it; But, the other case in the past that I have commented on was an individual that was indicted for defrauding the IRS (no statute infraction was originally claimed, and no grand jury ever heard the case) Near the end of the case, the prosecutor amended the complaint to include a statute (of course no evidence was provided specifically for that statute) There is still much more to be said about the fascist state's judiciary concerning the subject fraud case but sufficient said for this blog.

My brother was once arrested in Vermont for driving with a driver license he had not yet signed. When the cop took him to the station, though, they released him after a good laugh.

I was stopped in early 1975 for Jay-walking in San Diego, by two motorcycle cops, who actually tried to intimidate me with the possibility that I might be cited for the offense. They were serious. The really funny thing was that there was no traffic.

For the greater good, we must treat you like clay to be molded and shaped to suit the State. That is fine if you are the one with the power -- not good for those that must bend (over).

He should know. Mussolini should know. He was founder and head of the Fascist party.

A federal judge one day refused to consider, to look at, my evidence. Granted, I had three boxes full of documents, and he would have had to extend the hearing for several days, rather than the hour he gave, but, I mean, it was evidence, we were in court, and I was the complainant/plaintiff, against a federal manager. But the judge simply was not interested in evidence, or facts, or truth. It was an interesting experience. The judge died a couple of years after that, no fault of mine, but I cried not at all, as we had lost no great jurist.

If such was the case, it's too bad the American people didn't get at him before he kicked-off by natural causes. Seriously, we need to hang at least one public official a year! Just to keep a clear message to those who serve us, and to attract just the kind of men we want.

What ever happened to a leader with that sort of foundation. A government lie about said enemy is not a bad thing until it is proven to be a lie by the masses. During WWII I personally believe is when we had the most confident leaders in world history. Axis, Allied, and neutral.

I have many, many court occurrences that prove the quote. One, I had filed 11 constitutional arguments against a traffic citation. The judge dismissed them all and gave for the reason, it would be too costly to prove or disprove any of my motions. Fascism's god displayed the absolutism of the totalitarian dictator - he having an averse relationship to an inferior financial collective (I was included in the collective)

It matters not if you have broken no law, society must fear the Bench ! all are guilty before the court ? Never a ruling have I, says the judge, rendered a, No Contest, even behind closed doors. Judgment must be read in court before the public, therefore I, the judge cannot be perceived as weak among the rest of the slaves in the court room. All are guilty under the blanket policy of no contact, regardless of moral responsibility to serve and protect yourself and family.
