The statement is true. The thumbs down was because that exact philosophy has superceded our Constitution. You only have to be in court to hear a judge say "It doesn't matter that you've broken no laws, I have to consider the overall well being of society" I won't say here what the individual was charged with but there was no infraction of any Constitutional principle, common law rule, or even statutory law, but the individual went to jail anyway.  -- Mike, Norwalk      2

Anonymous, the case I just spoke of is still on appeal so I won't talk about it; But, the other case in the past that I have commented on was an individual that was indicted for defrauding the IRS (no statute infraction was originally claimed, and no grand jury ever heard the case) Near the end of the case, the prosecutor amended the complaint to include a statute (of course no evidence was provided specifically for that statute) There is still much more to be said about the fascist state's judiciary concerning the subject fraud case but sufficient said for this blog.  -- Mike, Norwalk

A federal judge one day refused to consider, to look at, my evidence. Granted, I had three boxes full of documents, and he would have had to extend the hearing for several days, rather than the hour he gave, but, I mean, it was evidence, we were in court, and I was the complainant/plaintiff, against a federal manager. But the judge simply was not interested in evidence, or facts, or truth. It was an interesting experience. I have many, many court occurrences that prove the quote. One, I had filed 11 constitutional arguments against a traffic citation. The judge dismissed them all and gave for the reason, it would be too costly to prove or disprove any of my motions. Fascism's god displayed the absolutism of the totalitarian dictator - he having an averse relationship to an inferior financial collective (I was included in the collective)  -- Mike, Norwalk

Judgment must be read in court before the public, therefore I, the judge cannot be perceived as weak among the rest of the slaves in the court room.
