Unless the perpetrators are Black rioters/looters, the police are White, and it's Great Britain or America. In those cases, the perpetrators are painted as "justifiably angry victims" by the Mainstream Media, and White or Asian victims who have lost their homes, property, and businesses to the looters, are painted as racist criminals.
