    Great quote. I love Thomas Paine in History. "The fatigue" today, though, is different from the "the fatigue" of that time. The Founding Fathers made sure to set up a system that allows Americans to preserve the Freedom for which they paid a higher price.

    I've heard it said, "Oh, to have men like Thomas Paine today!" While we (with one possible exception) have none in government, rest assured that they exist. Never give in to the Elijah syndrome" and think they are gone. The problem, so far, is "How could they ever find each other in sufficient numbers to effect a positive affect?" I don't know the answer, but I do know that throughout history, no matter how dire the circumstances became, the tyrants, with the Creator's intervention, have always come to dismal failure. This time around, I do believe the "people" are too ignorant to prevent the New World Order's establishment. It will only last but a few years. Probably seven at most, then, as always, the curtain will fall and "break it to pieces." You can't control the masses, but you CAN stay unmoved yourself. It won't be easy. But, then, it never has been. For the few that survive, the peace without their stench will be sweet, indeed.

    Waffler, an up front question: How does participating under duress in the slavery of the 2nd plank of the communist manifesto undergo the fatigue of supporting liberty? Is it not obvious, even to a tax collector such as your self, that freedom is owning the fruits of your own labor vs. the god/government owning the fruits of your labor?

    Christ, our Lord and Saviour died to "make" men free, was buried and rose again from the dead. Let us fight to keep men free ! Let us not deny our Lord and Saviour among men. Salvation is free through the finished work of Christ, The liberty ( all 3 ) in this life which Christ provides comes with the responsibility and freedom to defend it, for we are not ashamed.

    YES ! ! !  That means those that choose individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty and freedom at nature's law the — the level of supporting and protecting will be fatiguing. Every socialist, woke theologian and other malefactor that has chosen the chains of enslavement, death, pain and destruction work incessantly with lies and deception to take away such nobility of man.
