Civilized/moral man's history is replete with said incessant conflict. The carnal man is an enemy to liberty, inalienable rights and man's inherent nobility. History of governments actions are observed differently than man's relationship to government. Government's history is replete with how best to make helots, serfs and slaves out of willing (unwilling) patrons to the power (liberty not being considered).  -- Mike, Norwalk      1
