And he will unify all peoples on earth under the banner of the United States! The United Nations can go suck eggs!     Not the least of which is that it takes several decades to figure out how it works. The wise eventually die, and newborns arrive daily to figure it out for themselves. One must learn how to be responsible in order to be free. Camus says it better.
